Error 18 Can not copy the file: iastor.sys

Easy solution:
Make sure u got all the other files in the $oem$\textmode folders.

The floppy will look like this:

A:\iaStor.sys
A:\$OEM$\TEXTMODE\iaStor.sys

or A:\$OEM$\iaStor.sys
